Last February 13, I went to the Getting Married Bridal Fair in SMX to book our photobooth - PartyPics. I was so stoked about booking this supplier! They offered a really good deal to w@wies - 25% off regular rates + 1 hour free (when you answer their survey). So a 3-hour rental just costs 7,500. The original rate for this is 12,500. Big savings, eh? For us, there's an additional 1,000 for out-of-town fee since our wedding will be in Bulacan. So that's 8,500 total. Still very cheap. And the owner, Ms. Nadia, is so nice and accommodating. Can't wait for our wedding day. I'm sure our guests will enjoy the photobooth. :)

Auspicious Wedding Dates for 2010

Segue: I'm so happy that our wedding date, May 15 is April 2 in the Chinese calendar! I really wanted for us to get married on April 2 because it's our anniversary (7th this year). However, this year, April 2 is Good Friday so naturally, we can't get married on that day. I just love it that we are sort of getting married on our anniversary. :)

Yay, a wedding blog! Why? I've always had a fascination with weddings and when I started preparing for my own (I'm marrying my boyfriend of 7 years!), I fell in love with this special occasion all the more. Plus, my bestfriend (who is addicted to weddings and an aspiring wedding planner) and I are eyeing to put up a wedding planning/coordination business. :)

I'll try to regularly update this blog with wedding ideas, photos, inspirations, as well as stories from our own wedding preps. Hope anyone who chances upon this site will enjoy browsing and get a wedding idea or two. :)
